Scheduling REMAX Commercial Reels in Meta in 5 Easy Steps! Reels are getting a ton of exposure, did you know that you can make custom RE/MAX Commercials in Reels / Story format? Yes, you can! You can download all of them and then using Meta, can pre-schedule them allowing you to use your time wisely! Here are the 5 easy steps: Head over to remaxhustle.com - Click on Create your Commercials and add in your information & headshot! Choose "Select ALL" then "Create Videos" You will see the videos being made - Takes about a minute but then you will see ALL of the videos & different formats. I personally go to each video and Right click on video and "Save Video as" so I can easily save it into a Folder on my computer for easy organizing. I have a Commercials folder specifically for Story-Reels format which makes them easier to find later. Login to Meta Business Suite (where you can schedule content for your Facebook Page and Instagram) Click the Create "Reel" on the Top. This will walk you thru uploading the video and some fun editing such as choosing the thumbnail frame, adding Audio and even inviting a Collaborator (this options gives you more exposure)! If your office has an active Social account, add your office so your reel also goes to their account when they accept it! Once you have your video & description done you are ready to go ahead and Post it - Or schedule it into the future! We love prescheduling content like this! My Top 5 R4 Tips & Advice

My Top Tips for R4!! Bring lots of business cards - write notes on the back of cards you get so you remember that conversation. When you get home - Send a video email - or email, as well as a personal note card to those agents referencing your conversation. I actually hang my cards on a board in my office and they are first for my referrals for their area. I know a lot of agents actually make a referral spreadsheet from the business cards they collect from the events they go to. Network - Network - Network - Go off by yourself and step out of your comfort zone to meet and have meaningful conversations with as many agents as you can! My first 5 years, I went to R4 solo and I was forced to sit with people I didn't know and network which was way out of my comfort zone but I can say I made incredible relationships because of this and when my agents started joining me, I let them know we would do dinner or something one night but other than that they would see me around because I see them all the time and this was my week to network with others. If it is your first R4 - Go to the New to R4 session and make sure to check out the Global exchange - it is pretty neat meeting agents from around the world - NOTE, be cautious of the drinks that are offered - they will get you drunk! hahahaha Speaking of drinks - keep it moderate, no one wants to be the agent that pukes or passes out at the end of the night. LOL Bring comfortable shoes, lip balm & lotion! I wear tennis shoes or flip flops. 20k steps a day is NO joke! Bring lip balm & lotion and I always buy the hydrating water (lots of them) - Vegas is super dry and these are your friends (but my hair LOVES Vegas) LOL I use a small cute backpack so I can bring a light sweater & power banks throughout the day, put your phone on power save mode to conserve your battery. Drink LOTS of water, water is your friend. The dry weather makes it super easy to get dehydrated! If your bringing swag - make it memorable, try to tie it into your location, make it lasting and make it small - it really stinks carrying crap around all week, walking 20k steps DAILY! I share three big tips to help you write better captions that will engage your audience and help you sell more properties! Tip # 1: Have a hook An opening "hook" is crucial when writing an Instagram Reel caption because it is the first thing that catches the viewer's attention and makes them stop scrolling. It should be intriguing and draw them in, making them want to watch the reel and read the rest of the caption. A strong opening hook can be the difference between a viewer ignoring your reel or engaging with it. Tip # 2: Use Storytelling  One of the best ways to engage your audience and help them connect with a property is by using storytelling in your captions. Share personal anecdotes about the current owner's experience living in the property or how the property has been transformed over time. Additionally, use language that evokes emotions such as feeling at home, perfect for a growing family, etc. This helps potential buyers imagine themselves living in the property and how it could make them feel. Tip # 3: Use a Call to Action and Hashtags Once you've written an engaging caption, be sure to include a call to action, such as encouraging potential buyers to schedule a showing or visit the property's website. This will help you convert your Instagram followers into leads. How to Batch Videos Like a Boss! Tips to Stay Consistent

Do you batch create your content? One of the easiest ways to get more efficient with content creation is to spend time batching your content. If you aren't familiar with how to batch or what it is, I cover this in my latest video! Here are three simple tips for batching content for real estate agents: Tip 1: Schedule time once a month If it's not on your calendar it's probably not going to happen. Pick a day once a month where you can set aside to 2-4 hours where you able to batch create a number of videos all in one sitting. Tip 2: Plan ahead Think ahead by planning out 3, 6 or even 12 months worth of content. Look at your life is content. Think about all the questions and topics to come up as you work with clients. Make a list of as many topics as you can think about related to your Market, buying and selling real estate, questions you may get asked about relocating or investing, staging, moving and so much more.  Once you have your content calendar laid out, it's much easier to batch record at your content because you already have your topics selected ahead of time. Ideally if you want to record evergreen or Timeless content this way you can repost your videos at a later date and repurpose them. Tip 3: Have a repeatable routine When it comes to your setup, have a place in your home or office that you can easily record. This way you aren't reinventing the wheel each time you want to record. Also, have a repeatable routine when it comes to the format of your videos. This makes it easier to create a lot of content all in one sitting. How to Repurpose Content for Social Media

Have you ever wondered how you can repurpose one piece of content into multiple pieces of content? I am a big believer that content you create should be repurposed and repackaged. Not “spray and pray”, but repackaged and repurposed over the course of different platforms. In this video, I share 3 easy tips and ideas for repurposing content for Real Estate professionals. Tip 1: Long-form to short-form video If you're creating longer form video that is educational or informative this is ideal to repurpose! For example, you may create a long 5 to 10-minute video with home buyer tips that could easily get edited into multiple short clips or videos you post to Instagram Reels or TikTok. Tip 2: Transcribe videos into text Getting your videos transcribed is also an easy way to convert your video into text. You can put that text on a block, use it in your YouTube descriptions or even in your email newsletters. Tip 3: Create multiple graphics  I love using Canva to create multiple Graphics using the wording that you used in your video. Some people relate more to video and others graphics and this is a simple way to repurpose your content.   As a bonus tip: don't forget that any live video you record like Instagram live or Facebook live can be downloaded and repurposed and reposted on other platforms. It is so easy to use Canva to create Instagram graphics quickly and easily - especially if you are in real estate! Tip # 1: Choose 2-3 Fonts Keep it simple with fonts. Pick two or three that you use for your graphics. This helps you stay consistent with your look and feel. Tip # 2: Stay Consistent with Your Brand One of the easiest ways to stay consistent with your branding is with your brand colors, fonts and logos. If you have the Canva Pro account you can add your Brand Kit to make designing even easier. Tip # 3: Less is More Remember - not everything needs to be on a graphic for Instagram. Your contact info, listing details and other information can be in the caption. Keep your graphics clean with minimal text. Tip # 4: Use Templates No need to reinvent the wheel - you don’t have to create graphics from scratch. Use templates for your real estate listing graphics, open houses, community posts and more on Canva. Tip # 5: Use Animate Feature Easily turn static graphics into videos by using the ‘animate’ feature.
